“I’ve suffered from knee problems for years. After a 3rd knee procedure last year I had a horrible time bouncing back. I took a year to work with one of the top individualized programming companies in the country. I was able to build strength around my knee and saw pretty good results with them. However, I wanted to safely come back to CrossFit and contacted Dylan about continuing to do personal programming while easing myself back into CrossFit. Dylan put a lot of thought into my programming. In just a few short months he has introduced me to movements I had never before performed, designed to build strength and stability in my core and legs and more specifically around my knee. In those few short months I have built more leg and core strength than ever in the past. His ability to asses a persons weaknesses, movement abilities and needs is top notch. I look forward to continuing to work with him.”
