THE ASSENTIAL

Building a strong body begins with a strong foundation. The ASSENTIAL is an ESSENTIAL part of your training. Each month is programmed with your posterior chain in mind. Every movement is chosen to enhance stability, improve posture, and fire up the muscles that matter most for daily strength and athletic performance.

You’ll move through targeted strength work, dynamic stability challenges, and integrated movement patterns that not only sculpt your glutes and core but also make real-world movements easier and safer. Every class is high energy and beat-driven; where the music and coaches provide the guidance and motivation. Whether you’re an athlete fine-tuning performance or someone who just wants a stronger, more resilient body, ASSENTIAL gives you focused coaching, intentional progression, and a community that pushes you to get better every class.

BODYLAB

Get ready to sweat and have some fun in BodyLab class! We kick things off with half the class on the treadmills and the other half on our floor space. The treadmills will keep your heart pumping with varying speeds and inclines, and you'll never get bored with the changing intervals of 5, 10, or 15 minutes. And just when you thought it couldn't get any better, we'll switch things up and have the treadmill crew hit the floor for some strength training. Expect to use your own body weight, dumbbells, suspension training, and all sorts of other cool equipment we've got in store for you!

BOOTCAMP

Are you ready to have a blast in our Bootcamp class? Our 60-minute class starts with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for some serious sweat. Then, we'll dive into a combination of strength and metabolic conditioning exercises that will leave you feeling strong and accomplished. But what sets us apart from the rest is our supportive community and coaches who will be cheering you on and making sure you're having a good time while pushing your limits.

BLEND

The Mecka Blend is a 50 minute dynamic, mindful movement class. Bringing together yoga-based movements with plyometrics and the functional weight-based movements you've come to love at Mecka Fitness, the class will take you through a balanced series of high and low tempos. Each class will conclude with a calming savasana and breathwork to set the tone for your day. The Mecka Blend is a unique space where you will build real connections between mind, body, and soul. The Mecka Blend is heated, seasonally.

ROWFIT

Get ready to row, row, row your way to a full-body workout in our 60-minute class! With a low-impact, efficient workout that combines rowing circuits on the Concept 2 Indoor Rower, and occasionally some floor intervals, all set to high-energy music. This class is perfect for those who want a full-body workout without putting too much stress on the joints.

YOGA

Mecka yoga is a practice designed to align your mind, body (skin, muscles, and bones) and soul. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. All levels are welcome!

CROSSFIT AT MECKA

CrossFit classes at Mecka workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. You won’t find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing.

This is a separate membership from Mecka.
