Build Your Foundation.

THE ASSENTIAL

Building a strong body starts at the core—and The ASSential is exactly that.

This class is designed to strengthen your posterior chain, improve stability, and help you move better in everything you do. It’s focused, intentional, and one of the most important pieces of your training.

The ASSential isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about building a foundation.

Stronger glutes and core mean better performance, fewer injuries, improved posture, and more confidence in how you move every day. This is the kind of training that carries over into everything else you do.

WHAT IS THE ASSENTIAL?

Each month is thoughtfully programmed with your posterior chain in mind, helping you:

  • Build strength where it matters most

  • Support better movement in and out of the gym

You’ll move through:

  • Targeted strength work

  • Dynamic stability challenges

  • Integrated movement patterns

This isn’t random—it’s intentional training that builds over time.

“Assentials was a great class! Erin was warm and welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. There were no surprises and I love that. It was tough, but doable, and the time flew by.  I really enjoyed the format and would love to use even heavier weights where appropriate. There was a nice mix of equipment as well, and that kept it interesting and fun. I would definitely take this class again. Erin is a pro!”

Meet Erin

Erin is the creator and programmer behind The ASSential—and the reason this class delivers results you can feel.

With a deep understanding of strength training and how the body moves, Erin built The ASSential to focus on what matters most: your foundation. Her programming is intentional, progressive, and designed to strengthen the posterior chain in a way that carries over into everything—both in and out of the gym.

Her classes are high-energy, beat-driven, and focused. She knows how to coach you into the right positions, help you feel the right muscles working, and push you just enough to keep improving.

Erin’s approach is simple: build strength where it counts, move better, and get stronger every time you show up.
