General Questions

  • Current Mecka members don't need to sign up. Your existing membership already includes access to all Mecka locations — Mt. Lebanon, Strip District, and Cranberry when we open. You're already in. Pre-sales are for new members only.

  • We're targeting Fall 2026 for the Cranberry Township opening. Exact date TBD — founding members will be the first to know. We'll reach out as soon as the date is locked.

  • Cranberry will run the full Mecka class lineup: BodyLab, Boot Camp, The ASSential, Hybrid Race Class, RowFit, The Blend, and Yoga.

  • Absolutely. Every Mecka membership — including Cranberry founding rates — includes access to all three locations. No location fees, no upgrades required.

  • None. Joining the waitlist is completely free with zero commitment. When we're close to opening, we'll reach out to waitlist members in order — you'll have the chance to activate your founding membership at that point. You're not locked into anything today.

  • Your term is the length of time your discounted founding member rate applies. Once your term ends, your membership automatically reverts to our standard Unlimited Membership rate of $163/month — no action needed on your part, and no surprise fees.

  • Just $29 for your first month. This secures your spot and locks in your chosen tier's rate.

  • Your first month is the $29 sign-up. Your tier rate (Founders, Pioneer, or Early Access) begins billing the second month we're open — you won't be charged your monthly rate until Mecka Cranberry is up and running.

  • Founding Member (50 spots) comes first. Once those sell out, the Pioneer Tier opens, followed by the Early Access Tier.

  • Yes — your monthly rate stays exactly the same for your entire term, regardless of any pricing changes we make for new members during that time.

Signing Up

  • Founding Member spots were reserved for the top 50 people on the waitlist referral leaderboard. If that's you, you should have received a notification to purchase your spot.

  • If you're in the top 50 on the referral leaderboard, you'll receive a notification with instructions to purchase your Founding Member spot. Everyone else on the waitlist will be notified as the Pioneer and Early Access tiers open.

  • No — once you've selected your tier, it's locked in for the duration of your term.

  • Yes, you can cancel under our normal cancellation policy at any time. Keep in mind that if you cancel during your term, you forfeit any remaining months of your special founding member pricing.

  • Yes — there are only 50 Founding Member spots. Once those sell out, the Pioneer Tier opens next, followed by the Early Access Tier.

  • Until Cranberry opens, you can use either our Strip District or Mt. Lebanon location as your home base. Once Cranberry is open, your home location will automatically be updated — no action needed on your end!

  • No — your billing won't begin until the second month we're open. Your $29 purchase was for your first month, and that activates on opening day.

  • Your membership automatically continues at our standard Unlimited Membership rate ($163/month) — no re-enrollment needed, no gap in your membership.
