Mel and Jill are the driving force behind our CrossFit Kids & Teens program—leading classes and programming with a deep understanding of how to coach young athletes.

They’ve built this program to be more than just a workout. Every class is thoughtfully designed to help kids and teens develop strength, coordination, and confidence in a way that’s both fun and age-appropriate.

Mel and Jill focus on teaching proper movement first, creating a strong foundation that supports everything from sports performance to everyday life. Their coaching style blends structure and energy—keeping kids engaged while making sure they’re learning and progressing every class.

Most importantly, they’ve created an environment where kids feel comfortable being themselves. It’s a space where they’re encouraged, supported, and challenged in the right ways—helping them build not just fitness, but confidence that carries far beyond the gym.
