David has been coaching Fitt 55 since the very beginning—helping shape the program into what it is today.

With years of experience and a deep understanding of how to train adults 50+, David focuses on building strength, improving movement, and helping members feel confident in their bodies. His coaching style is patient, intentional, and encouraging, making sure every athlete feels supported no matter their starting point.

He’s known for meeting people where they are, offering smart modifications when needed, and pushing just enough to help you keep progressing safely.

More than anything, David cares about the people in his classes. He’s built strong relationships with members over the years and takes pride in helping them stay active, capable, and independent for the long run.
