All coaches and session programming is overseen by our Director of Personal Training, Dylan Snyder, to ensure all programming is safe, effective, and appropriate, in terms of dosage, frequency and intensity.

Tier One Personal Training

  • Is for anyone looking to get into the gym to kickstart good habits!

  • This option is for anyone completely new to a gym setting or experience gym go-ers.

  • This is a great option if you are looking for a technique tune-up or to get an individual sweat session in.

Tier Two Personal Training

  • In Tier Two Personal Training, you will work with our most experienced coaches with the educational background that matters.

  • This is for those who are looking for more in-depth analysis of how and why they move the way they move.

  • Your Tier Two package purchased starts with a full body movement screen, an assessment of your individual movement patterns and/or limitation, and an InBody body composition scan.

  • The programming for your sessions will be based off of your goals and movement assessment results to provide THE MOST individualized approach.

Additional Programming Options

Movement Screen

  • 9 point movement screen to find mobility/flexibility limitations.

Individual Programming

  • Programming for the individuals goals/wants/needs.

  • Programming is done on your own.

  • This does not include one-on-one sessions with a trainer.

  • Comes with the ability to use the gym as needed to be able to get programming done each week.

Individual Programming Personal Training Hybrid

  • Programming for the individual's goals/wants/needs combined with 1, 2, or 4 Personal Training sessions per month.

Strength Assessment

  • Develop overall strength data sheet to find limitations and imbalances in full body strength. While testing full body strength we will be pushing your limits on things like deadlifts, squats, presses, gymnastic pulling and pressing, single arm and single leg variations of movements, as well as bracing mechanics.
