All coaches and session programming is overseen by our Director of Personal Training, Dylan Snyder, to ensure all programming is safe, effective, and appropriate, in terms of dosage, frequency and intensity.
Tier One Personal Training
Is for anyone looking to get into the gym to kickstart good habits!
This option is for anyone completely new to a gym setting or experience gym go-ers.
This is a great option if you are looking for a technique tune-up or to get an individual sweat session in.
Tier Two Personal Training
In Tier Two Personal Training, you will work with our most experienced coaches with the educational background that matters.
This is for those who are looking for more in-depth analysis of how and why they move the way they move.
Your Tier Two package purchased starts with a full body movement screen, an assessment of your individual movement patterns and/or limitation, and an InBody body composition scan.
The programming for your sessions will be based off of your goals and movement assessment results to provide THE MOST individualized approach.
