We offer two styles of yoga to support your body in different ways:
Yoga Flow
A dynamic, movement-based class that links breath with movement. You’ll flow through sequences designed to improve:

It’s energizing, intentional, and a great complement to strength and conditioning workouts.
Restorative Yoga
A slower, more relaxed class focused on recovery and relaxation. You’ll move through gentle poses, longer holds, and guided breathing to help:
