WHAT IS BODYLAB?

BodyLab is a coach-led group fitness class built around alternating between treadmill intervals and strength training.

You’ll move through:

  • Run/Walk intervals on the treadmill

  • Strength blocks using dumbbells, bodyweight, and functional movements

The result? A workout that improves endurance, builds strength, and keeps your heart rate up the entire time.

Every class is programmed with intention—so you’re not guessing what to do next. Just show up, follow the coach, and get to work.

EACH BODYLAB CLASS FOLLOWS A STRUCTURED FORMAT.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

  1. Warm-Up – Get your body moving and ready

  2. Treadmill Intervals – Walk, jog, or run with guided pacing

  3. Strength Work – Functional movements to build total-body strength

  4. Finishers (sometimes ) – A little extra push at the end

  5. Cool Down – Reset and recover
