WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp is a coach-led group strength and conditioning class focused on functional training.

You’ll move through:

  • Strength work using dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells

  • Conditioning intervals to keep your heart rate up

  • Functional movements that translate to real life

Every class is programmed with intention, combining strength, cardio, and durability into one efficient workout.

EACH BOOTCAMP CLASS IS STRUCTURED TO GIVE YOU A COMPLETE WORKOUT:

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

  1. Warm-Up – Prep your body for movement

  2. Strength Work – Focus on building power and muscle

  3. Conditioning – Short bursts to elevate your heart rate

  4. Accessory/Core (sometimes ) – Extra work where it counts

  5. Cool Down – Reset and recover

Meet Melissa

Melissa is the backbone of Bootcamp. As a long-time member, coach, and programmer, she brings a deep understanding of what works—and how to help people get stronger in a way that actually sticks.

Her classes are intentional, challenging, and thoughtfully designed, with programming that builds over time so you can see and feel your progress. She knows when to push, when to cue, and how to make every rep count.

Melissa has a way of making strength training feel approachable but powerful. Whether you’re picking up weights for the first time or pushing for more, she’ll meet you where you are—and help you level up.

She’s been part of Mecka from the inside out, and that shows in every class she leads.
