Low Impact. High Intensity. Full Body.

ROWFIT

If you want a workout that’s tough on your muscles—but easy on your joints—RowFit is it.

Built around the rower and functional strength work, this class delivers a powerful, full-body workout that improves endurance, builds strength, and leaves you feeling accomplished.

RowFit is about consistency and progress.

You’ll see your numbers improve, your endurance build, and your confidence grow—all while training alongside a group that’s pushing through the same workout.

WHAT IS ROWFIT?

RowFit is a coach-led group fitness class that combines rowing intervals with strength and conditioning work.

You’ll move through:

  • Rowing intervals for cardio and endurance

  • Strength and functional movements using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight

  • Conditioning pieces to keep your heart rate up

The rower drives the workout—giving you a consistent, measurable way to push your pace and track progress.

IT’S ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAYS TO BUILD CONDITIONING WITHOUT THE WEAR AND TEAR.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE ROWFIT

  • Low impact: Easy on joints, great for all fitness levels

  • Full-body: Rowing hits legs, core, and upper body

  • Efficient: Cardio + strength in one workout

  • Measurable: Track distance, pace, and improvement

  • Challenging: Scales up as you get stronger

It’s one of the most effective ways to build conditioning without the wear and tear.

ROWFIT IS FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A SMART, EFFECTIVE WORKOUT.

“At 60 years old, RowFit is absolutely an ass-kicker. But you’re able to go at your pace and it feels great when it’s over.  The instructor is clear and patient. The other classmates are welcoming and supportive.”
