The Blend is a 50-minute dynamic, mindful movement class that brings together the best of multiple training styles.

You’ll move through:

  • Yoga-based flows to improve mobility and control

  • Plyometric movements to build power and elevate your heart rate

  • Functional strength work using weights and bodyweight

Each class is designed with a balance of high and low tempos, creating a workout that challenges you physically while keeping you grounded and present.

Meet Molly

Molly is the creator and programmer behind The Blend—bringing her signature mix of structure, energy, and intention into every class.

With a background in coaching BodyLab and a deep understanding of how people move and train, Molly designed The Blend to be something different. A class that challenges you physically while giving you space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Her programming thoughtfully weaves together strength, movement, and mindfulness—balancing intensity with control, and effort with recovery. It’s purposeful, it’s dynamic, and it reflects exactly how she believes fitness should feel.
