Come out to compete or cheer on your gym buds at Friday Night Lights!

Each Friday of the Open season we will be running heats for the Open workouts.

The first heat will kick off around 4:30pm.

All regular scheduled evening CrossFit classes will be canceled.

Even if you are not doing the Open workout during FNL, we encourage you to come out and cheer on everyone competing!

It’s a big party and a good time!
