“In my first Open, one of my workouts was cut short due to the fact that I couldn't do pull-ups. It was so frustrating and I didn't want that to happen the following year, so later that fall I signed up for Dylan's gymnastics program. The 6 week program was hard, and frustrating and felt like nothing was happening but Dylan urged us to trust the process. And it worked! Everything clicked in week 5 and the foundation that I built in weeks 1-4 finally all came together. I'm so glad that I had access to this program to further my skills. As an added bonus, I also came out of the program able to do toes to bar!”
