When that good song hits, it really gets me moving! My taste in music can vary day-to-day, but most of the time I prefer to work out to 90's and 2000's hip hop. Give me a good beat, and I'll also stop for a dance break/karaoke session (those who were in a recent Crossfit class with me can vouch for this). Recently, a member complimented my Bootcamp playlist as reminding him of a college party, and I often get comments about people loving the old school jams - although it pains me to think of the 90's as old school!
