I believe music improves the quality of a workout by elevating us to work harder, increase stamina and escape into a zone where the body moves without thought.

Choosing the right song is key. As an instructor, coordinating the music to the workout routine allows our minds to consciously or even subconsciously make us match the pace of our body movement to a songs tempo. Sometimes the emotion as well as the lyrics in the music can alter your mood. Positive empowering music will do just that. My goal is to empower you and leave you with a positive mindset as you walk out of the cycle room!
