Class Structure: What Actually Happens
Every CrossFit class at Mecka Fitness follows a general structure, so you’ll always know what to expect.
1. Warm-Up
We’ll start with a guided warm-up to get your body moving and ready. Think light cardio, mobility, and activation exercises.
2. Strength or Skill Work
This portion focuses on building strength or learning a movement. You might work on squats, deadlifts, presses, or technique-based skills.
Don’t worry—we’ll teach you everything step by step.
3. The Workout (WOD)
This is the main event: the “Workout of the Day.”
It’s typically short (anywhere from 8–20 minutes), effective, and designed to challenge you at your own level. You’ll never be expected to do more than what’s appropriate for you.
4. Cool Down
We’ll wrap things up with stretching or recovery work so you leave feeling better—not broken.
